AI-Integrated Narrative System

overview
A heritage institution with a rich archive and almost no digital presence — and an opening for the kind of transformation most museums need but rarely get.
The challenge: turn static, archival assets into content that competes for attention on platforms built for speed and immediacy, without losing the depth that makes a museum worth visiting.
The result: videos that used to average around 400 views now regularly reach 2,400+ — a 6x jump in reach — plus a stronger digital footprint across platforms, and a content system the institution can keep running without a full production team behind it. This is what happens when a heritage brand gets a modern content engine instead of a one-off social media push.
approach
The project started with a diagnosis: extraordinary source material — historical objects, archival photography, stories that hadn't been told in a contemporary voice — sitting on top of zero workflow to turn any of it into content that worked on social media.
The fix was an AI-enhanced storytelling system built from three parts:
— AI-generated 3D visuals built from archival assets
— Narrative scripting that gave each piece a real story arc, not just a caption
— Short-form video formats built for platform discoverability and watch time
The system was designed to be repeatable from day one — not a one-off production sprint, but infrastructure the institution keeps using long after the project ends. That's the deliverable that actually sells here: not a batch of videos, but a machine that keeps making them.
